Tieing down colas

You can safely and stress free tie down/LST your plants up until about the second or third week of flowering without any adverse effects.

As long as flowering hasn't started you are still in time for LST. If I were you I would use a scrog net because it is really easy to work with. Letting it grow isn't a bad idea either but the main cola will be predominantly better than the others wince you will have to increase the height of your light

If you want a more even canopy and more colas to come to the top (and get fatter later on) then tie her down. She'll be wider and bushier for it, so just be wary of the available space. Remember they'll stretch when you flip to 12/12, so be prepared for even more growth at that stage! I advise to stop LST no later than 2 weeks after you flip to 12/12, otherwise they might not recover as you'd hope once they start flowering. Good luck!
