LST Training on Cola?

Stoopid Fruits 2 is outgrowing everything else, I added this 90 degree bend in main cola... Good idea or Bad? I'm new and not real bright.. Thanks

Good idea. You can Super Crop it, you just need to twist the stem back and forth until it start to "melt". Hold the stem in left hand and keep that hand fix, with your right hand you start gently to twist back and forth the stem, keep on doing it until it starts to melt, the stem won’t be rigid anymore and will bent.

Let me clarify, it's a 90 degree clip I added, it only curves the stem 45 degrees. I'm just trying to make sure the Flower does not get to high for the tent. It's 5' now.

If you actually did bend the main stem at 90 degrees then that’s what you consider high stress training also known as super cropping.
I do it for mine when they get too tall. Your plant will bounce back! It will now redirect the energy that was heading from the main stem out to all the other bud sites and help with yield 👍🏼

When to stop LST? (Auto)When should i stop horizontal LST and let her main branches to vertically? i'd say she's well into preflower with pistils popping up everywhere and the smell getting noticable. LST hasn't gone this well in my previous grows so i'm not sure where to end it.
