Ebay and amazon are great places, you can just get basic gardening ties and when they get bigger you can get a scrog net.

You can use pretty much anything, from pipe cleaners to wire or cords.

First time going for scrog, ladies on day 18 with interesting node spacing.
When do you guys reckon i should start with lst in preparation for them approaching the net? Also, where is the best starting point for that, so i just bend the main stem sideways and tie it?

LST and questions in week 4 commentI tried lst on the tallest one, I felt a rip maybe roots? Anchored and bent a little. Gorilla I tied a few branches down to let some light underneath was it worth? What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
I feel I need to do some defoliation, but it will be 2nd HS technique, which contradicts the recommendations.
