So i have a decision to make and i cant decide i can keep at the infestation with neem oil hoping it clears up but im not holding my breath or the alt decision a peroxide soil dredge almost assuring eradication but also killing all my benificial baceria and microbes

Dawn soap is toxic garbage.
If you try to peddle me any weed or shit that used dawn soap, you won't like the result.

I sprayed a little dawn soap mixed with water on the top layer of soil. Gnats dont like it. Smothers the little buggers. Also let the top dry to 2 inches down as well. I have 0 gnats this grow, for the first time...Cheers

Hello. I use Doktor Doom Pyrethrin Insecticide Power. Made from chrysanthemum flowers. It's non toxic to humans, pets and plants. I spray it about 2 inches around the stem and up the stem a bit. The gnats like to run up and down the stem so that running action gets some power on them. You can always goggle the product to see if it's something you want to use. You can get it at most garden stores. Chuck.

I would try and get them yellow sticky traps in there and catch the adult ones. The neem oil I'm like thinking maybe 2 far into flower for that. If its not a massive infestation then I would be tempted to ride it out but let my media dry out a bit more between waterings

Hi mate, if it were me I'd be going with H2O2. Kill them and rebuild benificials. Let the soil dry out quite a lot. Get some sticky traps and a pot of cider vinegar.

I spotted these on one of my balcony plants today. Somekind of mites?
They were around the sugar to middle sized leaves on new growth. It's around early to mid flower.
I removed the leaves that had the most on them and tried to get rid of those who were left. What else to do?

Pest infestation left my plant folded and weak. I treated it, but now blacked out leaves?Ants were farming an oval shaped bug's secretions that was eating my stem and going underground, leaving a trail of a film-like substance.
Treated it with neem oil, cigarette butt tea, garlic and dishwasher soap to fend them off. Black leaves now. Tips?
