Generally a plant can double to triple in height during the stretch. Training it while it's stretching helps to stop it growing into the light. There are various methods for training.

Too much stretch?I’m 4 days into week 5, which is week 2 of flowering. My RQS fat banana autos are 40-50cms in height. That’s too much right? That stretch could make for a poor yield. Should I be worried and, if so, how do I slow the stretch? Indoor, hps, 18/6, 26* high, 16* low, 50% RH.Plant. Too tall

I then transplanted the n a 5 ltr fabric pot
Haven’t given it feed as waiting for more leads to come maybe next week.

Height autoflowersMy white widow auto is now 68 cm - 27 inch. I try to maintain light at 30cm-12 inch but she grows at 20cm-8 inches. what if she grows more and it poses a ploblem with light LED penetration ? Should I do sthing (topping, LST) or it's too late ? She's getting too tall!2x2x4 tent, flipped to 12/12 A week ago, and removed my LST plant ties at the same time to make watering easier. My Quick one plants are in the 46th day and 170cm approx. I switched to a 12-hour schedule over 2 weeks.
It should bloom slowly, but it is only now beginning to bloom, or even that.
They look beautiful, just don't bring much flower.
