Hi mate, so ideal light hight would probably be where you are at now. You will be able to tell by how much they are growing. If they are focusing on height then it needs lowering. If the leaves are looking a little droopy before lights out, then it needs raising a little. They will tell you what they want. In regards to watering, more water less frequently. Water when the pot feels really light.. water until 20% of the water runs out of the bottom. When my plants were your girls size they had 2L every 4-5 days (in 3 gal/12L pots) Hope this helps and good luck with the rest of your grow 🙂
