I would hang the light all the way up and dim down to 10-20%. Seedlings don't need alot of light. These are par values. You can get cheap light meters or download a app on your phone. Seedling / Clone 100 – 300 Vegetative 250 – 600 Bloom / Flowering 500 – 1050

Is anyone else using Spider Farmer Lights ? How was the stretch on your plants using these lights ? My plants stretched from 10 inches to 30 inches in two weeks & another week of stretching left.😒 Not a big deal but I have a 60 inch tent , not a lot of room to LST.

My grow tent is sitting in my basement, which normally sits at 10C in the winter, so I set the heat in the room to 18C and the LED and 2 fans heat it to 20.4C in the tent. Anyone have a similar setup but using their grow lights as a heat source? Heating a basement is expensive.

Light schedule So I got a new timer and messed up schedule. Plants got 16 hrs of light, turned lights out as soon as I noticed (5am). 11am-11pm light.(5 weeks into flower) Should I let plants have 12hrs dark now and resume 12-12 , or let lights come on at 11am(6hrs dark)
