I used to grow with a 600W HPS in a 1m² tent and the results were fantastic. The only thing you will have to think about is whether your environment can take the additional heat it will kick out, but if you have adequate ventilation and enough headspace to allow for a few more inches between the lamp and the plant then you'll be fine.

Should I take her outdoors for 3/4 hrs daily ?They've got 53 days outdoors morning time and when the weather is good they used to stay outside all day til 6pm then back indoors until next morning at the AC comfort zone plus CFL 150 watts, now they have 600 watts LED Grow lights and no outdoors plus 100 CFL lights fan and AC6y ago

Lower lighting at switch to 12/12?Do you typically want to lower your lighting when you switch to 12/12?
I'm a little confused about what is meant when they say to have a 12" light distance for flowering and 18" for veg. Does that mean lower to 12" at the switch to 12/12, or just maintain a min 12" distance?

light dilemmaWhen shine only with flower light, i reach 20,000 lux units in the buds area. But when i turn both lights on at once, both the growth and bloom spectre, the lux units increase to 65,000. T5 veg? For seedlingsIf anyone has any idea how long I can veg my seedlings inside of a closet with 2 t5 fluorescents.. let me know!
