It’s the first symptom of over feeding. The plant isn’t using all the nutrients and salt start to form in the substrate. You’re just slightly a bit to high, lower your feeding solution (100-200ppm less). Control the EC of the drain before and reduce your feeding solution.

This has happened to me a few times and its always right at the beginning of flower. I believe its the very beginning of nitrogen toxicity. As the plant shifts into flower, it wont need as much nitrogen. I just backed completely off my veg fert (Your Part A I believe), and the yellowing never progressed past the very tip! Hope this helps, plants look great!

It's likely either heat stress or too much bloom nutes locking out your micros.
