Spots on plant?

CK_Budz

What is causing brown and white spots on my outside plant. This is my very first grow. Unknown strain and I’m doing it outside. I’ve seen articles saying it’s possibly spider mites causing the white spots and a calcium deficiency causing some of the brown spots. Any input?

Hi it seems like several thing are eating your plant. I see big chunks that have the 'hoofprints' of snail infestation. The white spots could be either trhips or spidermites. If you see tyni spiderlike creatures AND tell tale webbing, its spidermites. I think its thrips. The yellowing / wilting of the lower leafs, I think is related to moisture. Your soil looks very dark and wet and I think your roots are having a hard time. Also this strain could find it too cold at night. I think most problems will go away if your make sure her feet can dry a bit. Good luck with the grow!

Look closely on the underside of the Leaves if you see some bugs than its the mites... Neem would be the answer then. For the Calzium you could get a Calmag Product for prevention or even correction if you see the leaves colour fading. ( can happen from overwatering or just from time bcs it just gets washed out at some point) cheers😊

Looks more like pest than deficiency issues partner, try some neem solution or maybe some Trifecta crop control, that stuff actually isn't half bad

I would check the substrate ph run off. First. That might be why it's showing deficiency signs.

Maybe a pest. If you are deficient in calcium, it will appear at the growth point. I think it's a good idea to throw away the damaged leaves and spray neem oil.

For the white spots, check the top and underside of the leaves for any critters. A magnifying glass may help to identify. If that's not the case, be on the lookout for powdery mildew. It doesn't look like it from the picture but it's difficult to tell. The brown spots, I can't really see in that photo. Usually, I don't get calcium issues during veg at all. It almost always comes during flowering for me at least. If you're using good soil, this probably isn't the case.

Always look at the bottom side of the leaves. That is where most problem insects will be.

Hi, check under the leaves for egg, your girl is infested (moderate) by mites. I can see some thrips damages too. Better to act quickly. Cheers
