From diary photos: the rust spots could* be ca or mg related, and more often due to marketing is lockout from too much Ca. A good nutrient mix plus tap water should contain plenty of calcium. There's not much you can do at this point. even correcting the issue, if certain what it was, won't save many leaves nor allow any healing with little time left.
