Tents

Gorilla > MarsHydro Mars is decent for the price - but both these brands really show how you get what you pay for. One will break down in multiple ways, the other will not. I'd throw Mammoth up there as well, from experience, but I don't think you can find them on amazon. I would avoid Vivosun, my poles bent with the first tear down :(

I have three brands; Vivosun, Opulent Systems and Melonfarm. I like Vivoson and Opulent but like Opulent a bit better. There are no pinholes of light showing through the fabric, the zippers work easily and there is an interior pocket. The Melonfarm was 20-30% less expensive than the others and is 90% as good. The biggest downside is the lack of an interior pocket and the zippers don't work as easily. Any of the three brands would be a good choice in what I consider the inexpensive tent category. After the good reviews for Mars Hydro I think I'll try one of their tents next.

Hey mate, cant go wrong with a marshydro tent, they're available on Amazon. I wish I'd invested a little more and got a premium tent. Duct placements and zips are usually better on the bigger brand. Hope this helps 🙂
