They're not really harmful to a plant unless there's a massive infestation. They do suck sap from your plant. But, as I said very very little. There is a recipe you can make up. Or ppl just use a spray bottle and knock them off. It's the only thing. I know that does that. Just look it up. But, 95% sure that's what it is.

SB, there's upon 1000s of species. 1 will do that. You will find it hard as they do move. I think they're more night feeders. So probably why you're finding it hard to see it.

I Agree, looks like spittlebugs, not normally and inside pest, if there is just one wipe it away and be done with it. Good Luck!

The beginning of cultivation was outdoor, recently I changed it to indoor. I looked under the leaves with the magnifying glass and found nothing. Do I need to apply any product?

Looks like a spittlebug. Are you growing or moving your plant outdoors.
