30-32 inches for seedlings @ 20-40%
26-28 inches high for veg @ 60-90%
18 inches for flowering @ 80-100%

using both veg and flower switched to on with led during flower stage?i asked this question once before where i had heard some people when they have a led with individual switches for veg and flower where they have both set to on and the answer came back that it is best to do this but my plants are almost 7 weeks and others here have a lot more budBuds. UV LED slowing down growth? Sorry previous question without the question!The plant has a rectangular area in the middle where it is not growing as quickly. The difference is almost 10cm. I suspect the lamp. Could it be that the centrally installed UV LEDs are causing this? They should grow more inside because of more light.

Help with issues IDI have a photoperiod in a 5 gal using BAS light. It is currently day 3 of week 4 , and I'm getting some damage on the tops. Would this be light stress or another issue? The tips are starting to go light green. Using the 200 watt light for the 2x4x8 ac infinity tent.

Light distance and when to top?I'm using a 300W LED. What distance should I keep the lights at now that I've transplanted and the plants are doing well? I'm thinking 24" and then move up as they grow until flipping. Also, when should I top? I've read that waiting for 6-8 nodes is the right way to go.
