30-32 inches for seedlings @ 20-40% 26-28 inches high for veg @ 60-90% 18 inches for flowering @ 80-100% Info from the Spider Farmer SF 4000 Dimmable (true 450watt) full spectrum LED light advertisement as found on eBay.

6 weeks of veg? I got only 3 Why do i see some auto or non auto diaries with 6 week of veg? When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeks

Light Science Has anyone watched some Youtube videos by Dr Bruce Bugbee from Apogee Instruments? I find his lectures on lighting to be the most straight forward explanations I have heard yet. I found his vid called "The New 400-750 nm ePAR Range Explained with Dr. Bruce Bugbee" to be eye opening on lighting colours. I have changed my LED's based on a few of his vids. He explains what plants really want and those Burple lights just don't cut it. For those that don't know he is a professor at the University of Utah that legally studies cannabis growth. He takes the science of weed grow to a whole new level.

Temperature Yes that’s incorrect I don’t have a thermostat just yet but I know the plants happy prob 15 degrees with fan there I don’t wana lift the light just yet as i don’t want it being a talk skinny plant.it’s to be moved in the next 2 e weeks to its bloom cycle

Anyone have any history with vibrating HPS lamps? Mine keeps making a buzzing/rattling noise. I’m thinking it’s the metal inside rattling on the glass so if I slightly rotate it it may stop? What do you think? Thanks!

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? Using auto flowers.

I need help choosing a better light for my single plant microgrow!H50cm W37.5cm L57cm Now using 1 household 13w Phillips LED 2700K for flower, a 120w CFL for veg and I use a cheap 20w dual Spectrum LED that I'm sure does almost nothing.
