Can someone please show me a proper setup guide for hanging grow lights?

Your lights should have some with a locking pulley system. Would be a set of be two for each side. You can use heavy duty zip ties on the sides of the top of the frame of your tent. Create a loop with a zip tie on each side and connect the caribiner to the zip tie
