The problem is you are in flowers, so what you spray on will def be in you smoke... quickly biodegrable options are best but also probably the least effective stuff.
insecticidal soap is an option.. but try not to mist the buds, lol not easy but still say it.

predatory bugs! go the natural route.. Looks like thrips early stage -- https://entomology.k-state.edu/images/cotton-insects/thrips.jpg but i'm not the best at identifying bugs.. not sure how discretionary the predatory bugs are, lol.
if tehy have larvea in soil, get some BTi (been used on our food crops for decades, it's safe). some sticky traps too. the more stages of life cycle you are attacking the better.
