Brown dots on leaves Getting some brown spots on leaves, thought maybe it was septoria so have been treating with neem oil. It’s still slightly spreading though, not on all leaves. Also a couple brownish/bronze patches. Any idea on what it could be?

Patches on leaves and tips twisting Hi my plant is going a bit patchy on a few fan leaves, and a few tips twisting. An i in the shit or easily sorted. Sorry for the dumb question, im new to this. Should I defoliate or not?I really don't ever defoliate, but with this plant idk if I should or not, it's pretty busy. Advice and opinions on whether I should or jus let it go?
