lux, ppfd, and dli. While doing this, I realized that it’s hard to have a ppfd between 500 and 1000 for the seedling phase without exceeding the famous 7000 lux. We’re more like approaching 25000 lux if we want to reach the desired ppfd for this phase. How do you do it?

For a tiny seedling like that you only really need like 200-300ppfd so just lift your light higher.
With LED lux / ppfd / intensity works a bit differently.
Also, glass jars can act like a magnifying glass and burn your seedlings when used as domes, try plastic instead with a hole in it for air flow to keep them fresh :)

Lights went off and then on in flower [3rd week]quick question, my breaker overloaded today and turned off power to my flowering tent. They were about 30 min away from lights out which I figure shouldn't be that bad, but while solving the power issue the lights came back on. Will they be affected and how?

Both are 480watt lights...
Is there a difference between µmol 2,7 and 2,8 when it comes to yield?
Is the FC4800 worth the extra money? Doesn't cost much more
