hi i have one very tall critical punch, its around 180cm (6ft) including the large 25l pot. My greenhouse probably has a few inches of ceiling left.
Should i top it and take about 20cms off or bend it and tie it to internals of greenhouse, generally dont train outdoors much..

your problem is due to poor exposure to the Sun to my point of view….so the the plant looking for the best exposure and grows a lot for …. no more... no less...

Downsizing the pot size is a great way to prevent such tall plants, next time use a 2 or 3 gallon pot. It does not look like its even close to blooming, I would top a good chunk off.

Yep supercropping would be best. I just would not top anymore. If not supercrop then tie it with a string and bend it that way.

Hi @mononostril! Take a look at the "supercropping" technique. It requires to bend the stem at almost 90° angle but without breaking its internal veins. Harvest early to prevent bud rot?Had some issues with bud rot, but managed to stop it. But next week it will rain every day, which worries me.
