hi i have one very tall critical punch, its around 180cm (6ft) including the large 25l pot. My greenhouse probably has a few inches of ceiling left.
Should i top it and take about 20cms off or bend it and tie it to internals of greenhouse, generally dont train outdoors much..

your problem is due to poor exposure to the Sun to my point of view….so the the plant looking for the best exposure and grows a lot for …. no more... no less...

Downsizing the pot size is a great way to prevent such tall plants, next time use a 2 or 3 gallon pot. It does not look like its even close to blooming, I would top a good chunk off.

Yep supercropping would be best. I just would not top anymore. If not supercrop then tie it with a string and bend it that way.

Hi @mononostril! Take a look at the "supercropping" technique. It requires to bend the stem at almost 90° angle but without breaking its internal veins. First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. Humidity no longer issue (was waiting 4 inline fan). If I keep pulling off leaves it's going to die anyway.

Fabric pot buildup?I noticed some brownish spots on one of the fabric pots, not sure what it is, I know theres some salt buildup but this is formed mor like spider webs with interlocking strands almost. What is it? Could it be the myco in the soil or something? Doesnt smell like mold/mildew

Mold on stored coco/worm castingsHey all,
I mixed together 40L of Coco and 10L of worm castings, and left it sitting with a lid. Sure enough, it has some mold growing on the top. Can I still use this medium or should I just throw it out? (Not broke, but cheap!)
