is it normal that a complete new bud is growing ontop of my old ones it is like het restarted flowering?

@Phylox Hi mate I am fairly sure it's what is referred to as "foxtailing" which can happen during late flowering sometimes caused from heat or light stress

That is called foxtailing there are good ones like strains that naturally grow them or bad ones that come from heat/grow light is to close. You have bad one and since your temps are good you should raise your lights up 2 inches for next grow.
