Hi friend, I wouldn’t recommend you to defoliate your plant.I would say for auto flower the less the stress the better.You can still tuck in the fan leaves.You can exposed your lower bud sites by gently press the fan leaves and tucking them underneath the lower bud sites.All you have to do is do it everyday.You can also check in my diary.I didn’t defoliate my autos until week-7.All I do is LST and tucking leaves.Happy growing.. ✌️

I don't see a need to defoliate your plant. It got plenty of room for light to reach lower parts. If you really want to do it tho, do it now, before it starts flowering. Once it starts to flower, you're just gonna slow it down and get less of a yield.
