Slow indoor seedling growth4 days since sprout, issues with light timer, seedlings ended up getting 48 hrs of light after they sprouted, and this AM I found that the timer did not turn the light back on so it got 11 hours of dark last night instead of 6. My Jack Herer will soon move to another closet.
I've got 2 led lights at home for vegging. Both use 60 watt but have a different colour spectrum (only have space for 1).
Which one is my best option FOR VEGGING ONLY!?!?

Light intensity in veg - Help needed!I have a 4x4 Tent (120x120cm) with 16 Autos and run a 480W 3.5K LED at ~55 % at a dist. of 40-48 cm (1.3-1.5 feet).
Lux: 20-26k. They are tall with up to 14 cm (0.45 feet).
What would be the right light density in week 2-3?

Downgrade my light wattage or not?My tent is 80cm x 80cm x 180cm and i use a 400w hps/mh. Based on all light calculations i came across it gives me a total requirements of light of around 160-200 watts. Should i downgrade to a 250w system or keep the 400w and why please, some expert ?
