Green spectrum work light

The room outside the tent would also need to be free of light or pitch black for it to work and not "wake up" the plants. I've read about green lights but did not pursue it any further. I'd aim to get all the work done when lights are on vs using green light, But if that's not possible then it maybe its your best option. From what I did read it has to be a true green light. Can't remember if now bright it is will also be a factor. There was also some information about how a low enough lux ".3 or lower" light will not disturb them, in the same way as how the moon works. but its was not discussed as hard facts, and would depend heavily on the spectrum of moons light.
