Just finished my upgraded grow space, Im going from dual spectrum hps to full spectrum LEDs, I have a couple of plants in flower in the old grow which I'm planning to dismantle, now is changing lights during an issue or?

No they will be fine just make sure you know the distance from light to canopy for your lights. Cheers

Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am.
I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night.
Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.

Kind LED XL600 series 2 heights?Hey,
Iām running 2x Kind Led xL600 series 2 lights and seen people running much much lower hanging heights than recommended (18inch instead of 30inch) and wondered if anyone has any PPFD or PAR readings at anything lower than 30inch or any reasons why they run them lower.
