I’d lean more towards 3 or more than the 2 daily you’ve outlined..
It will take some time and adjusting to find what works but I would want more than just one feeding while lights are on if I had a system set up like this.. in fact, it makes sense to go ahead and do 4 or 5 if you are gonna step it up from 2 daily.
Sticking with 2 daily seems hardly more advantageous than manual watering once a day.

As long as it’s coco— go for it! Bigger ladies can get even more—- I’ve done more with floraflex coco bags in one gallons. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

3 times in 24 hrs is fine. When plants are bigger you can fertigate 5 times a day. Best of luck with the grow.

feeding great on a really low EC at 0.8, but i see other grows at pushing 1.5 at the same week. im flooding (Oxygen Pot w/ hydroton) every 4 hours, which feels pretty often. are the amount of floods proportionate to the EC? ex. if i flood less then my ec should be set higher?6y ago
