First time grower, what's going wrong ? :x I did spray the seedling with the water but have since learnt that was bad and havent done so in about a week... could that be the cause of the crispy dead seedling outer leaves? Growing in coco, thank youuu

Hi, thats 100% due to the water spray. It dehydrated the leaves and the light burnt them up. Too early for a foliar. Let them be for now. The plant will be fine and it will grow out of it!✌️🏻💚🌿💨

For the most part, if you are going to do a foliar spray, it’s best to do it just before your lights go out. Otherwise the water in the leaves acts like a magnifying glass and gives your leaves a sunburn. It’s also not recommended to do on them once they begin flower as it could cause rot or mold issues in the bud. As long as you are seeing growth with the new small, central leaves she should be ok. I personally don’t like to spray my girls with anything. But it’s all a matter of preference. As your plant grows, those leaves will eventually dry up from lack of light away- but unfortunately they will never go back to what they were before. 🌱
