Dank smell? Proper burping techniques

I need to know the proper way to burp my weed and get that nasty hay smell out I’m on my second grow and my first was autos and I failed completely on the cure tips?

To shorten my drying time i let them start to dry in pots for 7-10 days before the harvest. They then get hung for 2-3 days then put in jars

Before you cure properly, you need to dry properly.
Dry for 10-14 days with passive airflow, RH 60% and temps 68-72 degrees.
Done when a the branches have an audible snap.
Then trim and place in either glass mason jars or grove bags. The RH of the buds should be around 61-62%. I also use boveda pouches to keep it there.
You jumped the dry time, hence the hay smell.
