I had a plant do that as well, my white widow did it on my first grow after I accidentally left the lights on “on” instead of the timed switch when leaving a whole weekend 😓. She took a few more weeks to finish out than my other plants and foxtailed a bit but she did finish up eventually and had decent bud. It could’ve definitely been better and she didn’t have the density I wanted but I was able to get two clones off her that I have in flower right now. Really it just depends on what you want to do. Even if she stalls a few weeks and you don’t want to wait on her to finish, she’ll still have more thc then than she will now. Personally I’d flower her out. She’ll still produce bud.

Is this escaped lights or equipment lights? Just out of curiosity. I would say keep the plant. I’m guessing your humidity is stable and removing a plant as large as this may result in hot pockets which then leads to rot. You will still have thc on this plant, which you can use to make many things. Hash, oils and food. Good luck.
