Evening canopies/Defoliation tips1 of my 4 plants is roughly 4” taller than the other 3. How can I even out their canopies so all 4 are the same? Trying to use the SOG method in 2x2x5 tent.

Since my light has the 3 options for Veg, Bloom or Full spectrum which would be best? Also if my room temp never climbs above 30 do I need to have fans in my grow space if I leave the door open for ten minutes every morning in the room with a small fan to let the air exchange?Week 1
