That depends on how tight is your node spacing. Best answer is "as soon as you can", I do it at the 4th week, because of how tight my node spacing is.

Defoliate or not ?Do I need to defoliate her harder ? I Think some of the buds are blocking the sun out of others, I am afraid the buds won't be fat. My calendar says these should be done on 9/10/2019 (in 4 days). Do they look like they're ready to harvest, or will they need more than 4 days? It may help to add that I am color blind, so seeing the amber colors of the trichomes is very difficult for me. Any help would be great!Week 16

Any guesses on how long to harvest. I'm starting to see some gold trichomes glistening in the sunlight, but definitely less than 1%. A good chunch of the calyxes from the side branches are swelling and pistils changing orange, main cola still mostly white pistils.Week 8
