Defoliate further or stop?

I am in 3rd week of flower. I did defoliation right before switch to flower and at the end of second week. That was 5 days ago.
I feel I want to defoliate more, to expose more lower buds to light, but I afraid it will be contra productive. What do you think?

Salut le jardinier , j'avoue j'ai du mal a comprendre cette nouvelle mode , a mon époque on fessait l'inverse , on gardais les feuilles et on attendais qu'elles tombent toute seul. J'ai lue de choses sur la défoliation et de ce que j'ai lue il faut enlever toutes les feuilles qui cachent la lumières aux branches basses alors si je me base sur ça tu peux encore enlever certaines feuilles. Bella ciao

I try not to defoliate much after the stretch is over but if you have to defol a little to get better light penetration then do a little at a time.
When i do have to defoliate during flower, i only take a few leaves at a time to reduce stress.

yea id do a bit more but not to much. I usually try to get it all done by day 14-15 of flower just before there really start to bud. It'll help in the long run.
