hi buddy 60 cm is good for the moment ... put your light to 45cm when you have 4-6 nodes and 30 cm in blooming phase!! veg + bloom switch on always from the begin!!! good luck with your grow mate!!💪🙏

your plant is starting to stretch, probably because of the light spectrum, lowering the light a bit will help. just lower it slightly every day until you are satisfied. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Find a PAR map for your light, set your lamp so that it's giving them about 200par for now...once they start to show side branches, up it to 400-600 par by lowering the lamp..in flower, don't exceed 900 par without supplimental CO2.. cheers

Yeah, I would go ahead lower the light your sitting at about 30 inches now, dropping it puts you at about 24 inches which would be better and will help prevent your young seedlings from stretching.

Too close to the “sun”(light).... any advice?My plant grew close to 4x it’s original size during her stretch, 10-12” on day one of 12/12 to 46” tall. She’s on day 30 of flower and I set up a second ScrOG net. Other than blocking light to shorter plants, do you see any other potential problems this second net might cause?

I have scheduled the 8hrs sleep frm 5am-12pm (this is my sleep time) and now that I hve changed my sleep time, I would like to change their sleep time too, from 10pm to 5am.
