I’m thinking of putting a 12” fan up high to move the air to one space and an extractor to take out the air and a second cooler as I got up to 30c on a day of 15c so need some measures! Question is will it work? Don’t want to waste time on pointless things!

Hi @budbanditUk , an air extractor is essential to lower the temperature of the grow. get an extractor with the capacity for the size of your grow if you use HPS a cooltube is a great option to lower the temperature, the fans are also essential to make air circulation, the more your plants shake with the wind of the fans more stronger they will stay. good luck mate 🙏👍🌱

Your Plant looks chilled to me, nice green and no cupping leaves. As long as you keep humidity high Girls gotta get it well. Feeding kelp helps them to get through to. I agree that lower temperatures are much better, but its the question how warm is it=?. iam checkeing back the temperature with a laserpistol. This pistol iam pointing at the Plant. And most times it shows alower temp than my thermometer shows. I hope your remedies work, to have it cooler for the darlings Ah stop remedy nr. 1 is... reduce the lighthours, and then see if you have to do anything else

30 degrees is fine...Did you check your leaf temp? You're probably at 27 degrees. Plants metabolise faster in that range so it's more beneficial to keep things as is. Unless you're running into humidity problems than an extraction fan is a good thing. Check out my current set-up. It works really well for Co2 bags. I run two extraction fans that duct from the centre of the tent. Meanwhile I have the bags on the sides where the Co2 sinks to an oscillating fan below that blows it into the underside of the canopy.
