Proper height for T5 dual lamps from seedlings during sprouting stage

I now have my seedlings in solo cups and they are just breaking the surface, what is the height I should have my T5 twin lamps from the top of the cups? I have it currently at about 4 inches from the top of the cups.

Will a 1000w LED be enough for flowering?Im about to start my 3rd ever grow, now I cant get enough of it. For my last 2 grows, in a 90x90x200 tent, I've has a MARS Hydro TS 1000w LED for Veg / 600w HPS for Flowering.... Can I use only the LED throughout? The heat from the HPS is crazy. Cant wait to start posting on here

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? Using auto flowers.Week 1

regarding the light spectrum ratio. what is the ideal light spectrum for both the vegetative and flowering phases?
Do you use 3500K lights during the vegetative stage, or only use cold white lights at 6000K? do you then switch in flower to 3500K lights along with 370-780nm?

What lights for a 2'x3'x6' tent?What light or lights for a 2x3 footprint? Veg and flower. Deciding between 2x Viparspectra XS 1500, 2x HLG RSpec 100, or a combo 1 of each. Budget is 200-300ish. Cheaper is better. Open to suggestions. Not sure if I should have 2 of the same lights or mix n match.

Which LED light for 2'x3.5'x5.5' perpetual DWC autoAfter this run I think I'm going to grow 2 DWC autos at a time and harvest monthly. I'm looking at a 6x 3k COB, a 58 SMLEDs 2 CREE COBs (3k and 5k), or a 112 SMLED and 4 CREE COB (3k).

Leafs curling downLeafs curlded down after I raised the light intensity to full 150w capacity light is 33in away from plant and water with mykos wp 1st time. Temps got a little high 82-84. So I dimmed the light to about 85% tents temps down to 79-80°f
