Proper height for T5 dual lamps from seedlings during sprouting stage

I now have my seedlings in solo cups and they are just breaking the surface, what is the height I should have my T5 twin lamps from the top of the cups? I have it currently at about 4 inches from the top of the cups.

UV light how to useDoes anyone know if I'm supposed to turn the UV light on by itself for 2 hours a day or is it ok to have it come on while my main LED light is on too? It's the AC Infinity U2 UV Ionbeam they were in stock for 4 days a few weeks ago and I got lucky getting one,ty 4 any help

Additional lighting in flower???I’m planning on putting another 2 x 600wLED (blurpul colour type) alongside my current 2 x1000w led Cree cob lights. 1. MARS Hydro TS 1000 will not support 4 cannabis plants, correct? Support = Obtaining full plant potential.
2. The Chinese 3000K lighting won’t “hurt” my plants in veg, right? It’s just simply isn’t the lighting that works for veg growth, yea?
