The tips of my buds have lime green growths? This is just on one of two plants (the other is fine). Is this the start of seeds? Or what could be the problem? Thanks!

Why dont my plants grow towards the middle/light and instead concentrate near the walls?Looks like my plants are growing towards the wall and not towards the middle where the light should be the best. Tops of the Flowers began to darken, today is a good temperature 26-27 and humidity 40-50%, solution as instructions I watered it last night. in the morning everything was fine, after 8 hours of day I saw a problem, on near Lemon AK something similar but smaller (the last 3 photos). Water them with one solution. I also did the spraying, but almost 24 hours passed. Light fibers are poplar fluff.
