Lime green spots on buds

The tips of my buds have lime green growths? This is just on one of two plants (the other is fine). Is this the start of seeds? Or what could be the problem?

I notice this sometimes when my lights are too close to the buds.. nothing too concerning tho. It’s certainly not seeds

How to tell when buds are dry and it's time to start curing?When drying how do you tell when it's time to start curing, ik from what I've read says the stem needs to snap, the outside of some of the buds feel dry but the stem isn't snapping it bends like it is almost going to snap. Is it safe to start curing? Been drying for 4-5 day's.

To harvest or not to harvestAny opinions on whether I should harvest based on the pics I posted. A lot of people will say, NOT YET, wait until all the hairs are orange, then you read on some sites that say 100% orange is too late. I prefer the 'up' high vs couch lock. remove lower side branches that are stretching outwards to focus on main cola?some of the the lowest growth shoots started to stretch outwards (some stayed short).ideally I would prefer one nice long bud.should I remove them? (maybe 2 or 3 in total)or better to wait until 21 days flowering.
probably should not defoliate for another week right?

Slimey/Webby parts of the flower? Looks like rot or mold?I removed the infected parts of the plant and defoliated the fan leaves around the sites to help with aeration. Did she go past her prime and now she is dying? Or just because of high humidity in the air?
