What will happen if I grow in bloom with a growers choice led ROI e 200w veg light ? Will I still get a nice yield/ grow for kinda beginner

They advertise it as a full spectrum; from seedling to flower, that’s why I picked it for my 2x4. I have high hopes for it, it should do the trick!

Please Help! Seedlings are cupping and twisting!All my seedings, that are different strains, are tacoing and twisting!! Im starting my seedlings indoors under HLG 65 at 18 in. 78 degrees, 50% RH. I do not understand why they are all doing this (except my white widow) Do i need to move my light further away?

Full spectrum or all red grow light?Hey guys!
I have a Fast Eddy CBD autoflower grow on its 6th week and in full flower. I have been using a 150W UFO full spectrum light in a bucket, but I have another 150w UFO light that is all red. So my question is, would it help or make any difference if I changed it?

light schedule changeI wanna change light schedule for my babies.. for now they run from 07 to 24 hours and I want to run from 18 to 12 hours so I would have dark period during day.. should I just leave it to run for 30 hours and then introduce new "night" time?? additional blurple lightsI also got the blurple lights from my friend. To keep the temperature down I haven't installed them yet and not sure if I will. Will they make a difference if I add them next to the current LED? If so should I wait until the flowering stage or anything like that?

While doing this, I realized that it’s hard to have a ppfd between 500 and 1000 for the seedling phase without exceeding the famous 7000 lux. New update got my new grow light dialed in.. And the nutes helped a lot seen more growth in one day than I had in the last 23 days!
I am worried that if I place the light at the recommended height (6”) that would be too much so I’m running the lights at 50% power and at 12” away
