Hi guys I've just upgraded my light to the spider farmer ts2000 I've got it at 30" from canopy set to 60% is this to high?

The spider farmer 2000 is only 200 true watts. Definitely go with manufacture recommendations, but you still should be ok full power in veg. And you still could move light closer, just watch your plants, they will tell you what they want.

@hempkid,The manufacturer says 24"-30" so I went for the 30. I'm just not sure of the power hence why I have set it to 60% i know the flower stage is 100% but I'm just coming up to week 3 and dont want to burn the leaves

I don't know the spider farmer lights but most led can be 20 inches. From there you can move closer or farther depending on what your plants tell you. If it were me I would run at full power during veg/bud cycles.

Bad idea?Will a mars hydro TS1000 be too strong for a 60x60x140cm tent? I have been using a TS600 and TS1000 in tandem in a tent 4x too big for the light level, I have been growing strong and tasty buds but with low yields so downsizing my tent size to maximise the light.

Light intensity My plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.
