Look at trichromes on buds not leaves. If the buds look like that yes. It is ready. More amber more couch lock. More cloudy higher thc

From the one picture you have there it's hard to say upload more pictures of different areas of the plant and then I can give you a better answer in if it's time and make sure to also look for swollen calyx, orange pistols, plants water intake slowing way down happy growing.
