Full spectrum light should get you 2 grams per watt. So if you got everything zeroed in you should hit about 400 grams. If your first grow, I would not expect quite that much. Maybe between 200 and 400 somewhere.

Do I need to lower my lights?Do I need to lower my lights? I'm using a Kingbrite 240W Samsung lm301h and I just went into flowering period. I think the light is a bit overpowered for the room, so I've left it at about 21 inches above the tops of the plant. At this distance, all areas are getting 27k lux.
