Full spectrum light should get you 2 grams per watt. So if you got everything zeroed in you should hit about 400 grams. If your first grow, I would not expect quite that much. Maybe between 200 and 400 somewhere.

Light hanging distanceI’m not sure how high to hang my light. My plants seem to be all staying extremely squat and not stretching, though all seem healthy. I’ve been fiddling between 18-28 inches and 600-800 ppfd (ios meter app) and I can’t find a distance that seems to make them happier. D26 autosWeek 4

OK, my grow tent is 4ftx4ftx7ft. I have been veg with 600W ViparSpectra. I have now go t my new P1000 ViparSpectra 1000W. With both running, and 3 plants, growing in soil, what sort of yield can I expect? The YOR calculator is only setup for HPS/MH.Week 7
