From my understanding some LED lights will put out UVA and UVB light, which will cause skin damage in high amounts. That being said, I don't believe LED lights put out enough of it to be harmful to you in a grow tent setting. I would be more concerned with your eyes as the intensity of the light as well as the blue light will damage your eyes if exposed long enough. If you are really concerned, just turn the dimmer down to the lowest level while working in the tent. I try to not look in the tent or work when the light intensity is 100% and I find no issue with my eyes or skin when the light is dimmed as far as it can go. Hope this helps and happy growing friend! 😁

I agree with FattyMcCoy here... the sun is much more of a danger!

You'll be fine, there isn't enough of anything to bother ya...I have a much more powerful light and I don't even use glasses, just don't look directly at it...

How much time are you spending in there? You are fine brother. No worries at all. The sun is much worse, I recommend long sleeves outside for sure

You would need skin protection if you are using IR or UV along with the eye protection. Visible light at these levels will not cause skin damage.
