plants double in size... sometimes triple. -- these estimates are based upon LxW... so .7*.7=.5 about 2/3rds of your length and width filled should fill out the rest after flip. Some plants grow taller than wide*.. your's look more indica, so more likely bushier type.
So, it depends on the size of your area and overage of your light...
If logistics are an issue.. can always trim them back to a size that won't overgrow your area. Can't add mass magically, so opposite is not possible
i work backward from size of area.. i want a cola every 4"x4" to 6"x6" section of the area. then, split that evenly by plants and top/train as necessary to reach that goal. Helps evenly divide vascular tissue per cola. Leaves good airflow around each cola, etc etc... So i have a plan to start, and once i get there, i flip light schedule shortly after.
You are going to have an overgrown tent, it looks like, unless they display the sativa structure and grow taller than wider. Looks like you already fill the area to the brim, so it can only get tighter from there. May need to trim a bit, but i'd wait until that becomes apparent before preemptively doing it.
