Autoflower and Biotabs

I have 5 Kosher Cake Autoflower I will use Biotabs, when should I put the first tab in the ground? and which soil should I use? Lightmix is not recommended, so shouldn't I use Biobizz Lightmix?

Not sure if I am right about this but I'm sure biotabs have to be activated in a reservoir with an airstone. They are perfect if you are using autopot systems. Can't see a reason not to use lightmix, I use this myself and have always had no issues with it. Great substrate. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing

Biobizz All Mix Autoflower Nutrients?Will I need to add nutrients if using Biobizz all mix at any point during an autoflower grow? I'm using 20l pots and know that all mix can be a bit too hot for autoflower seedlings but only found that out after planting as I'm a bit of a noob. Thanks in advance 😁👍
