If the seeds your just popping are from this plant don't bother it will be hermie has they will grow the same has the one that went wrong I just thrown 28 plant has was all from the bad plant

Depending on how much is pollinated for how long it goes uncontrolled. If you are doing it in a controlled way on purpose then it is different. The plant will use energy to make seeds. If a few I doubt you will see much difference. If the whole plant all during flowering then most definitely.
