Looks like it could be one or two issues. My take is it could either be overwatering or too many nutrients too soon. Your using soil, so if it’s a super soil loaded with peat/coco, castings, compost etc., then you really don’t need many nutrients if at all for the first four weeks or so. The way the new growth is clawing and curling says too many nutrients. But at the same time too many can cause a lockout so your plant will show deficiencies. Same thing with overwatering. You starve the plants of oxygen and stress them out. The way your leaves look, with the drooping, they could be full of water. Underwatering has a similar look to it but will usually bounce back a few hours after watering.
