The seeds will be feminized although they have a high chance to become hermaphrodites as it is in their genetic code. All that said theres several ways that minimize the genetic risk like colloidal silver or gibberellic acid thats how most seed banks obtain their feminized seeds. I would not recommend using feminized seeds produced without chemical stimulation since the risks to high ending up with seedy buds again.
