Hi there Ideally you dont want to do much to Autos i would only take off leaves if really necessary, Try to pin back/move out the way the bigger fan leaves if covering lower bud sites.. If they really are stopping alot of light getting to new growth take them off .. but be selective you don’t want to slowdown growth, Best of luck 🌱

i would not defoliate anything plant is too small just buy fat soft garden wires and do some training straight before watering, then plant is most lanky and you will break less branches your plant is heavily overfed rethink amounts and schedule, you will end up with some problem or very small and harsh tasting harvest Happy Growing !!!

I would go with anonymous with the answer, solid advice. Defoliation on autos can be done as well as training, but you have to remember they have a pre determined life span, the more stress the less time it has to do its thing.

You can defoliate any time during veg. My friends say first-time autoflower growers, not sure if that includes you or not, should just stick to defoliating during veg and let the plant go during flower. I recommend low stress training along with defoliation. You'll get a nice yield from your plant. I hope this helps.
