Adding in an LED board for the last 2-3 weeks of flowering?

Currently running a 400w HPS lamp. Would there be any significant benefit in adding in a 100w LED board on purple or blurple?

No. Just a waste of electricity. Your 400 watt HPS will be far superior and also be completely adequate.

When to raise light potency with autoflowers I don't really know when to raise the amount of light when growing autos. I think I'll wait for them to complete 15 full days and then I'll raise the LED panel to 50cm, change from 20% to 40% potency and observe how they behave.

regarding the light spectrum ratio. what is the ideal light spectrum for both the vegetative and flowering phases? Do you use 3500K lights during the vegetative stage, or only use cold white lights at 6000K? do you then switch in flower to 3500K lights along with 370-780nm?

Light distance and when to top?I'm using a 300W LED. What distance should I keep the lights at now that I've transplanted and the plants are doing well?
