No.
Just a waste of electricity.
Your 400 watt HPS will be far superior and also be completely adequate.

I’m going to throw another mars 600 in there as well and grow amnesia haze with my northern lights. Eyeball and advise on my set up, and is this seedling stretching?Is my set up good until my humidifier comes? (using inflow air from in-line fan with a tray of water for humidity for now).
I set up an additional light because I was concerned that this bad boy was stretching and want to provide some extra light for lower canopy later.
