Yeah you can cut them out, it should be fine, you have a lot of healthy ones from diary picture on Grow question. 🌱

If they are dry and crispy I would remove them.

I would remove them so long as you feel there is enough healthy leaves left to power the plant. Your probably at the top end of Ec for an auto so watch out for burning them out. So long as your now on top of the Ph your problems will hopefully disappear.
