That's a very powerful led and having it 12cm away would be your prob, heat stress as they are not only droopy they are coning in on each other. Check your lights recommend height distance. But it's a 1000watt so it must be in the 1500-3000 ppfd 500-1000 par, thats way to close. Around 30cm but again I'd check your light cause Its usually 30-40cm from a 100-600watt so check ur lights brand instructions. Good luck.

I always leave it to dry out and check by placing my finger in the soil till the knuckle sometimes even more

Thoughts about light green leaves subtle light spots?Leaves are consistantly light green in color. 3 week old plant, upped nutrient strength to 420ppm a few days ago.
There are lighter spots on a few leaves, one is by my thumb in this photo. Others are visible. Does this look like a deficiency? pH is 6.

Leaves "praying" after lowering the lampI am in week 4th of flowering Laughing Buddha, 220W LED ~60cm from tops. Today I have lowered the lamp and the leaves started "praying", on one (higher) plant the other, mostly-indica Holy Punch seems unaffected. I am curious, is there too much light or sweet spot and it's good?
