I’ve purchased seeds about a year ago and have stored them u until now. Does that affect there growth after the germinate or if they germinate are they healthy

Once they pop is shouldn’t be an issue.
Stores properly though seeds can last a fair bit but over too long of a period of time and they may not germinate at all.
